Scope
Establishes mesopic spectral luminous-efficiency functions and a recommended system of mesopic photometry derived from visual-task performance (luminance region below ~10 cd/m2). Prepared by TC1-58; includes a review of the most important visual tasks and the range of visual conditions typically encountered in the context of night-time driving.
