Scope
Technical Note defining the method for calculating the adaptation coefficient used with the mesopic photometry equations of CIE 191:2010, and the associated mesopic quantities. Intended to be applicable to outdoor lighting for drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists, and pedestrians; not applicable to aviation or maritime lighting (14 pages, freely downloadable).
