Scope

Track protocol rating vehicle-to-pedestrian front crash prevention across daytime and night-time scenarios: an adult crossing from the roadside, a child darting from between parked cars, and an adult walking along the travel lane. Tests the system's ability to detect a vulnerable road user and warn or brake in time, emphasising pedestrian conspicuity and detection performance under low-light conditions where avoidance commonly fails.
