Scope
Specifies the definition, classification, functions, human-machine interface and test methods for lane departure warning systems that warn the driver of an unintended lane departure on highways and highway-like roads (no automatic intervention). Applies to passenger cars, commercial vehicles and buses. Amendment 1 published 2023.
