Scope
Contains the basic control strategy, minimum functionality, basic driver-interface elements, diagnostics/failure-reaction requirements and test procedures for road boundary departure prevention systems, which act to keep the vehicle within road boundaries when a departure is predicted. The driver's decision and operation take priority at all times.
