Scope
NASVA's consumer-facing program scoring new vehicles on preventive (active) safety driver-assistance systems, including autonomous emergency braking, lane-departure prevention and driver-abnormality response. Preventive safety carries a large share of the total score and is published to inform driver purchase decisions. Directly evaluates how ADAS supports and warns the driver before a crash.
