Scope
Phase 2 non-binding, voluntary guidelines providing a visual-manual interface safety framework for portable and aftermarket electronic devices (e.g., smartphones, navigation devices). Encourages pairing and a Driver Mode to limit eyes-off-road time while preserving full functionality when not driving.
