Scope
Recommended Practice defining test procedures for passenger-vehicle lane departure warning (LDW), lane keeping assistance (LKA), and lane centering assistance (LCA) systems. Evaluates lane-line detection, departure/warning timing, and the steering interventions that keep or recenter the vehicle in its lane, covering the driver-facing warning and assistance behaviour of these lateral-control ADAS features.
