Scope
Approval of devices for indirect vision (mirrors and Camera-Monitor Systems, CMS) and their installation on motor vehicles. Specifies required fields of vision, and for CMS the display/monitor characteristics (luminance, contrast, magnification, latency, image quality, day/night behaviour) that govern what the driver perceives of the surrounding scene.
