Scope
Omnibus general design/construction standard. Its driver-perception relevance is that it absorbed the former ADR 15 (Demisting of Windscreen) and ADR 16 (Windscreen Wipers and Washers), so it now governs the systems that keep the windscreen clear for adequate forward vision in inclement weather.
