Scope
Specifies performance requirements for the location, identification, colour and illumination of motor-vehicle controls, tell-tales, indicators and sources of illumination. Ensures accessibility, visibility and recognition of controls so the driver can select them correctly under daylight and night conditions, reducing attention diverted from the road. Closely mirrors US FMVSS No. 101.
