Scope
Contains the basic control strategy, minimum functionality, basic driver-interface elements, diagnostics/failure-reaction requirements and test procedures for partially automated in-lane driving systems providing combined longitudinal and lateral control to keep the vehicle in its lane (below SAE J3016 Level 3). Applies to passenger cars, commercial vehicles and buses.
