Scope
Specifies the concept of operation, minimum functionality, system requirements, interfaces and test procedures for bicyclist detection and collision mitigation systems. BDCMS detect bicyclists forward of the vehicle, assess hazard, and initiate emergency braking to mitigate collision severity.
