Scope
Establishes the procedure for positioning a passenger car relative to a three-dimensional reference system for static measurements on the vehicle, enabling verification of the driver's forward 180-degree direct field of view. The procedure may also be followed for checking other aspects of vehicle design. It is the companion positioning part to the already-catalogued ISO 7397-2 (test method).
