Scope

Approval of vehicles with regard to Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems. The driver-facing requirement is a low-tyre-pressure warning tell-tale (and a malfunction indicator) presented to the driver within set detection times and thresholds. Included for the driver-information tell-tale it mandates rather than the tyre mechanics; the warning is the driver's only cue to a developing under-inflation hazard.
