Scope
Approval of Moving Off Information Systems (MOIS) that detect pedestrians and cyclists in the forward blind spot of a vehicle (categories M2, M3, N2, N3) and inform the driver when the vehicle is about to move off from rest or is travelling straight ahead at low speed (up to ~10 km/h), to mitigate low-speed collisions. Specifies detection zones and the information/imminent-collision signal presented to the driver.
