Scope
Approval of rear marking plates (retro-reflective/fluorescent striped plates) for heavy and long vehicles. Specifies the colour, dimensions and photometric/colorimetric performance of the plates that make the rear of a large or long vehicle conspicuous to an approaching driver, particularly at night, aiding judgement of a slow or stationary heavy vehicle ahead.
