Scope
Recommended Practice providing design and engineering recommendations for alphanumeric (text) messages supplied to the driver from external sources (e.g., RDS, satellite radio) or internal sources (e.g., infotainment) while the vehicle is in motion, covering message format, content, and presentation parameters to limit driver distraction.
