Scope
Approval requirements for vehicle steering equipment, including Advanced Driver Assistance Steering Systems: Automatically Commanded Steering Function (ACSF) and Corrective Steering Function. Driver-facing provisions cover hands-on/driver-engagement detection, system-status indication, lane-keeping/lane-change assist behaviour, and the transition/override relationship between the system and the driver.
