driver post crash behavior

Driver behavior immediately after a crash: post-impact maneuvering and vehicle control, decisions to stop or flee including hit-and-run, exiting the vehicle into traffic, post-crash communication and hazard signaling, and psychological state in the minutes after a collision. What the involved driver does after impact, distinct from secondary_collisions (subsequent crashes that result), from evacuation_egress (getting occupants out), and from post_crash_care_delays (emergency response timing).
