What isn't here.

This shelf describes who the driver is and how that driver is assessed. Anything built to change performance, from beginner instruction to older-driver refresher courses, is filed with the countermeasures.
• graduated licensing systems, age-based renewal and retesting law — Policy & Enforcement. Studies of novice and learner drivers are here; the licensing regimes and legal restrictions imposed on them, and evaluations of those rules, are under policy.
