DUI enforcement here means per se limits, checkpoints, sanctions, interlock mandates, and their measured effects. The pharmacology and performance-decrement literature is in impairment.
• phone use, infotainment, and display interaction studied as device behavior rather than as regulated conduct — In-Vehicle Technology. Distraction laws here covers handheld and texting bans and their enforcement. Research on the devices themselves, including mobile phones, belongs to in-vehicle technology.
