Safety of small powered personal-transport devices: standing e-scooters, e-bikes when treated as micromobility, shared dockless fleets, and the crash, injury, and regulatory issues unique to them. Defined by the device class and its riders, distinct from human-powered bicycles (cyclist_safety) and from pedestrians on foot (pedestrian_behavior_perception). The angle is device-specific risk and shared-mobility operations, not how drivers yield to these riders (driver_vru_interaction).
