visibility analysis litigation

Photometric nighttime-visibility analysis for legal cases: quantifying seeing distance, illuminance and luminance, headlamp reach, and detection distance to determine whether and when an object could be seen. About how far/well something could physically be seen under measured light conditions, distinct from whether an object stood out against its background (conspicuity_in_litigation), PRT timing (perception_reaction_time), and general reconstruction (crash_reconstruction_hf).
