dms validation

Empirical testing and accuracy assessment of driver-monitoring systems as products: benchmarking detection performance, false-alarm and miss rates, sensitivity/specificity, ground-truth comparison, and protocols for verifying a DMS works as claimed. Unlike the algorithm tags (gaze/drowsiness/distraction detection) which describe how detection is done, this is about evaluating and validating a fielded system; unlike dms_regulation, it is performance verification, not legal mandate.
