odd communication

Communicating operational design domain limits to the driver: conveying where, when, and under what conditions the automation works and where its boundaries lie, capability disclosure, and ODD-boundary signaling. Concerns informing the driver of system limits, NOT the in-the-moment handover when a limit is reached (takeover_transitions) or external signaling to people outside the vehicle (ehmi_external_hmi).
